Graduates / Post Graduates in Microbiology having experiance in Dairy Industry.

Job Duties :

1. Responsible for conducting microbiological analysis of Incoming raw materials, incoming raw milk and packaging materials as per the specifications within the schedule.
2. Responsible for testing the Milk & Milk Products for Fat, SNF, Alcohol, MBRT, Heat stability, adulterants, CIP, SOLN and Sanitizers etc., Packing Materials as per the Microbiological Parameters as per the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
3. Analysis work of Pathogen testing as per EIA/BIS requirements for Milk and Milk products
4. Propagation and maintenance of cultures to meet the production requirements
