A top notch accounts and consultancy firm, with an average pay of $55-60k. It not only has a good hiring rate but also, enjoys a gripping retention ratio. With a noteworthy promotion policy and rich pay packets, it truly deserves the spot.

It is another major accounting giant. With an average pay of $50-55k, it is one of the most bounteous of the firms. It employs business graduates at a piping pace and has an equally honorable retention rate.

One of the biggest Non-Profit/ Government organization, that deals in teaching of students in various US states with falling grades. It sees a majority of women employees & enjoys a very high retention rate. The average pay however, is $35-40k.

• Target –

A noble name in the retail sector, which has grown into one of the best launching-pads, coz of the fact that it recruits undergrads in high percentage. With an average pay of $45-50k, it acquires employees from a vast variety of fields.

• JPMorgan Investment Bank –

An investment banking giant, with a high average pay of $60-65k; it has earned a name for itself in financial services. Though it doesn’t provide any training to the recruits, it undergoes collaborations to enhance their skills.

• IBM –

More popularly known as International Business Machine, has an average pay of $60-65k. It is a proficient name in Technology sector that recruits, majorly, engineering graduates with analytical skills. Its retention rate is the best in the list.
