“What do you know about the organisation?” would be the next question.

The employer’s next question may be about the “Expected pay structure for the job profile?”
Be clever in answering this question and say what you expect for this job position. Before you decide on this answer you should have checked all the industrial standard salaries for this position and be smart and prompt to yourself when answering this question. Also, let them know that it is always negotiable.
