Job Description :

• To manage the business relationship between CWT and the client and to provide clients with comprehensive and integrated data, spot checks, work on audit reports, monitor and consolidate trackers on a daily basis, assist in airline reconciliation, standardize and harmonize processes across the CWT online cities surviving and group companies. Use MI to deliver timely, accurate and meaningful suite of reports that respond directly to individual client objectives. Set benchmarks and measurements for ongoing review.
• Daily operational compliance
• Address all operational concerns by the traveler & complaint redressal

Desired :

• Candidates will excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Continue to handle small Programs independently
• Support a Program manager on one of the key Programs
• Post completion of 24 months-eligible for company sponsored MBA with the course of up to a maximum of 75000/- reimbursable
• They will be required to sign a service agreement for two years.
