Education: B.Tech/B.E. – Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical

Desired :
Graduate or Diploma Engineers in Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines from Government Polytechniques, Engineering colleges and BE (Power) from NPTI.
Should have passed final examination in year 2009 or have appeared for final examination in the year 2009.
Should have obtained first class (above 60%) marks in the final year examination.
Should not have failed in any of the semesters nor would have kept terms.
 
Selection Procedure : Written test followed by Group discussion & Personal Interview
Medical fitness Test.
Training period & pedagogy:

One year training with a substantial period allocated to ‘On the Job Training’ (OJT) at O & M sites located in southern part of India.

Classroom training at our ‘Wärtsilä Land and Sea Academy’ located at Khopoli (Maharashtra). Specific Projects would be undertaken and completed by the trainee during the OJT.

Quarterly performance evaluation as a part of performance management system.

Final Interview at the end of 4th quarter.
