Job Description :
The Global Financial Information Center, Oracle India Private Limited captive BPO based in Bangalore. GFIC provides financial services to Oracle subsidiaries in different countries and to Oracle’s suppliers and customers from Bangalore, India.
Timely and accurate day-to-day transaction / translation processing activities involving usage of Turkish language.
Translation or transaction processing to Turkish Language or from Turkish Language to English.
Taking part in projects, language learning circles and language training.
Handling language translations/interpretations as and when required.
Taking part in and driving quality and efficiency projects
Reporting, analyzing, reviewing metrics to find out root cause and corrective action plan and execution of the same.
Keen focus on language accuracy and enhancement of language skills of the team.
Desired :
Good English & Turkish communication skills, both oral and written.
Should be comfortable with MS-Office and have good typing skills
Excellent co-ordination and team skills AND open to working in shifts
Should be open to learning, flexible and adaptable to working in India.
Flexible to work in shifts..
Need to sign a service agreement with Oracle for a period of 18 months.
