Job Position : Recruitment Executive

Experience : 1 – 3 Years

Qualification : MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization

Work Place : Delhi/NCR

Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for full life cycle of recruitments like Sourcing, short listing, conducting telephonic interviews, line up candidates.
2. Sourcing the CVs from Job portals, referencing, head hunting, Perform regular follow up .
3. To understand job position, profile and understand overall needs and requirement.
4. To develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role.
5. Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with the candidates.
6. Solicit candidate feedback throughout the interview process.
7. Manage the recruiting process to meet the hiring goals .
8. Providing report and regular status updates to the immediate superior.
9. Maintain Candidate MIS (Candidate details, tracking sheet, etc.)

Required :

1. MBA / PGDBM with Min 1 Years of Experience and must have experience in recruitment.
2. Excellent command over written and verbal English communication.
3. Should be Proficient in Computer skills and business communication
4. Should be self motivated and result oriented
5. Should be initiator and keen learner.
6. Should have pleasing and presentable personality.
7. Candidate from South Delhi, Central Delhi and Faridabad will be preferred more.
