Job Description : As Executive-Tech Support, he/she will be responsible for monitoring all systems in EA Mobileâs hosting facilities using established monitoring tools. These includes Firewall, Switches, load-balancers, IDPâs and servers. Analyze and Trouble shoot level one issues. Call up personnel assigned for the next level.

Desired :  Bachelor’s degree in engineering / BâSc stream preferred.
Intermediate knowledge in Unix/Linux.
Intermediate knowledge of Windows 2003 server and Active Directory system.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly.
Ability to self-manage.
Good documentation skills.
