Job Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai
Job Responsibilities :
- Calling the customer as per the matrix.
- Maintaining good customer relation & get the maximum outstanding collected
- Maintaining collection call and call history record for Credit & Cash Accounts
- Internal customer communication
- Preparations of bad debt write off paperwork.
- Be complying with Treatment matrix with demand letter & pre-suspension, resumption review.
- Bachelors Degree holder in Accounting/ Commerce.
- At least 2 years related working experience, preferably in Express or Transportation industry
- Knowledge of a call centre process
- Hard-working and good communication skills and telephone manner
- Working independently and attention to detail
- Good command of English in both writing and spoken
- Strong computer operating skill in Access & Excel
