Job Description :

1. Conduct online and offline database research on prospective clients and then follow up on the telephone by presenting the UPS portfolio of products and services and thereby converting them into active clients.
2. Maintaining regular telephonic contact with existing customers to ensuring all their shipping needs are met on a daily basis.

Desired :

1. Graduate, minimum 1 to 2 years tele selling with a service oriented industry.
2. Positive attitude with high energy level and drive to excel.
3. Excellent command over spoken and written English.
4. Understanding of Telesales process and proficiency in Computer usage is essential.
5. Candidates currently residing in and around Delhi will be only be considered.
