Job Description :

• The candidated need to be an Expert in sourcing resumes from job portals (Dice, Monster etc.), Open resume search (Google, Bing etc) and passive candidate sourcing.
• Involved in full cycle of technical recruitment like sourcing, screening, and interviewing, formatting and placing candidates in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions.
• An excellent recruitment track-record with Good network and relations with resource vendors.
• Must have an excellent database / network of 3rd party resource vendors.

Desired :

• Candidates MUST have prior US recruitment experience.
• Excellent working knowledge with various IT technologies.
• Graduate from any stream and Willingness to work in the Night Shift.
• Highly motivated and target oriented and Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
