To ensure our continued growth we need a professional and experienced HR Administrator to support the Human Resources team.
Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Work Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore
Qualification : Graduate
- Strong administration background in a role supporting a team of people
- Previous HR Admin experience preferred
- Good planning and organizing skills
- IT literate in MS Excel, Word and Outlook and ideally in the use of databases (training will be provided where necessary).
- Excellent English – written and oral communication skills
- Good systems and PC skills
Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinating for Interviews
- Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team in achieving the targets
- Updating candidates details as they progress through the recruitment process.
- Create, Maintain and update employee records on HRMS
- Coordinating for HR Sub processes like Induction, Exit etc
- Provide administrative support to all HR related processes
- Maintain accurate and up to date information and documentation on employee personnel files and employee electronic records.
- Administer company benefits.
- Effectively receive and handle employee queries
- Act as focal point for Company Payroll related activities – Monthly payroll run.
- Monthly reporting as per standard template – presenting required data on Staff Headcount, Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Relations
- Assist in internal Audits
