- Monitoring the calls as per compliance.
- The ability to coach and facilitate to deliver high performence.
- Monitor calls and check all policies procedures regulations are followed while completing a sale.
- The ability to coach and share feedback to improve performence.
- Delivery of reports and analysis of data.
