Job Description : Program Design:
17-day product & process training
5-day train the trainer1 week cross-functional induction in the call centre
3-months as agent
7-months stint as a team coach (TC) on the floor

Absorption as Team Leaders (Executives) in B6 after 7 months of successful completion of training

Job Specifications:
Managing 2 to 3 team coaches who in turn manage 18 CC agents
Ensure CC floor management and provide support
Ensure delivery of CC SLAâs through his/her team
Ensure knowledge management of teams
Handling of escalations from the floor
Maintain attrition rate below set levels

Desired : Graduate + Diploma in aviation/hospitality/customer service (must)
Good communication skills, leadership qualities, and high energy levels.
Go-getter, Confident, Organized, flexible, high level of initiative and a team player.
Good people management skills, ability to coach/counsel.
Ready to work in 24*7 environment.
