Job Description :
Deliver high standard of customer service for Airline – Call Center Operations. Receive inbound calls from Passengers and answer their questions / Feedback / Queries. The process involves good communication skills in English & Hindi.

Desired :
0 – 3 years of experience in International or Domestic Call Center / Travel Company. Freshers are also encouraged. Flexibility to work in 24/7 environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and / or Hindi (Knowledge of regional language will be an advantage).Preferably a Certification from IATA / or any travel degree or diploma. Process Inbound-calls relating to queries. Good communication skills in English & Hindi. Receive inbound calls from Customers and answer their questions / Feedback / Queries.
