Job Location : Chennai

Job Description :

1. Delivery of soft skills and communication skills training for new joinees & agents on the floor
2. Preparing and circulating reports made, based on research done through call accreditation, along with steps taken to close the gaps identified
3. To run voice and accent neutralization refresher training.
4. To conduct soft skills training as and when the need arises.
5. Maintain records of training activities, monitor the effectiveness of training programmes and follow up on pre and post training evaluations.
6. Track and measure the effectiveness of training.
7. Take calls as and when required.
8. Identification of training needs
9. Tracking progress based on call monitoring.
10. Co – ordinate all logistics related to training delivery.

Desired :

1. Preferably one or more years of experience in an International Call Centre as a Voice Coach or Communication Coach or three years of English language teaching experience. Should be able to speak and write excellent English.
2. Good presentation skills.
3. Should be willing to do floor walking/voice coaching / night shifts.
