Job Title : Associate/Sr. Associate/Analyst/Quality Analyst 

Experience : 0 – 4 Years 

Job Description : Helping the US hospitals / physicians in recovering the AR (Account receivables) pending from a Healthcare service rendered to the patient.
Follow-up with US based Insurances to collect the pending amount on the Healthcare claims. (This would be done either through a call or online)
Meeting SLA / Quality standards as set by the Management
Undertake back office processing/ analytical activities
Adhere to rules and regulations as set by the management / Client
The process is semi – voice, wherein 70% of the time the agent will be involved in making calls to the Insurance & 30% on analysis of the pending accounts.

Perform Call Monitoring for the outbound calls generated by our agents. Give necessary feedback to the agents based on the call monitoring.
Perform quality checks on processes, maintain quality records, provide QC reports – daily, weekly or monthly – as required by the process,
provide updates to the operations team, maintain and verify the consistency of the updates
Responsible for error detection, error rectification and quality assurance in the process
Responsible for coordination between the quality and the operations team
Trend analysis, monitoring and reporting across processes on matters pertaining to quality
Provide feedback and process improvement recommendations
Analyze the scope for productivity improvements
Identify and train resources of the operations team to act as quality analysts as and when required
Adhere to the rules and regulations as set by the management/company
Any other duties as assigned by the management 

Desired : 0 – 4 years experience in Call center or preferably in US Healthcare in Provider/ Payor side.FRESHERS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY

Flexible to work in Night shifts
Graduate or finished exams & waiting for results .
