Job Title : Officer – Payroll
Experience : 0 – 2 Years
Job Description : To ensure payrolls are processed accurately and according to strict weekly deadlines for an allocated number of employees.
To ensure all payroll amendments processed comply with statutory legislation and company policy.
To ensure all payroll queries are resolved accurately and within agreed timescales through phones, e-mails.
To support new administrators within the team for up to 2 years by providing advice, guidance and expertise
To support and advise stores, distribution centres, etc in new and seasonal payroll procedures to minimise impact and errors
To assist in identifying impacts on payroll and developing procedures when there are changes to pay, policy and legislation
Desired : Graduate or Honors in any discipline
Willingness to work in shifts
Good grasping power
Flexible attitude to work, high energy levels, ability to handle responsibilities multiple tasks and exceptional peaks of work
Excellent Analytical skills.
Ability to understand new concepts.
Good Command of English both oral and written. Excellent communication skills.
End â to â End thinking. (Big picture approach)
Ability to coach / groom stores wages clerks on specific process areas
