Job Description : The HR administration department is responsible for the daily administration of plans and systems related to employee compensation & performance, development and administration of corporate policies, procedures and management directives.

Responsibilities:
Employee guidance and counselling.
Conducting exit Interviews, exit formalities and Managing and Supporting information requests from Operations
Creating & Administering Globally Scalable HR Processes and Procedures.
Update and maintain the HRMS.
Handle employee queries.
R Related Communication Strategy.
hould be flexible working in shifts.

Desired : Human Resources Administration Experience.
Expertise in MS – Excel
Excellent written and Verbal communication skills.
Bachelors Degree required.
MA/Msc psychology can also apply.
