Job Description : Non-voice operations role involving a maximum of 2 hours of calling in a day. Candidates with Call Centre and Neutral English Skills Mandatory

This is mainly a non-voice operations role involving a maximum of 2 hours of calling in a day.
The selected candidates will provide market research solutions to our Pharmaceutical and HealthCare clients in Canada .
The role will require calling physician offices and colleges in Canada for about 2 hours in day and rest of the time would be utilized for Data Analysis.
About 2 hours of calling a day to gain information about:

Efficient distribution of drug samples to physicians
Invitations to attend CME events and documentation of who attended
Drug product recalls
Distribution of new scientific information related to drug safety, side effects, dosages, indications, drug recalls, etc.

Job Timings: Timings for the first 2-3 months of Training will be 7pm – 4am India time
4th month onwards 3 PM – 12 Mid-night India Time shift will be applicable

Desired : Neutral English Accent is a must ( Call Center experience desirable)
Excellent communication skills
0 to 2 yrs industry experience

English Speaking Resources with Neutral Accent Skills

We are on the Right hand side of the outer ring road. You will first pass Symphony Services on the Left hand side after crossing Marathalli Bridge but that is not our office. You need to travel 4KM further to locate our office on the right hand side of the outer ring road. A U-turn at the end of the circle will help you reach SMS.
