Job Description : Client is the Global market leader in International express, overland transport & air freight. It is also no 1 in ocean freight & contract logistics. The Client offers wide range of customized solutions from document shipping to Supply Chain Management.

Job responsibilities:
Action the relevant e-mail or route to the respective folder
Providing customer service wherein they do data entry and also reply to customer emails.
Checking for the relevant details, verifying them and sending them to the customer.
Complete Back Office Process.

Desired : Good written communication skills
Good typing speed 20 – 30wpm(Mandatory)*
Average analytical skills
Knowledge of MS Office
15yrs of academic qualification (Regular College)
2 yrs professional experience
Should be open to complete night shifts.(Mandatory)*
