Job Responsibilities :
- Understanding manpower requirements.
- Designing Creative & Informative Advertisements on Job Portals.
- Posting, sourcing, screening, & short listing of profiles.
- Conducting ref checks and issuing offer letters for selected candidates
- Taking Interviews.
- Preparing offer letters.
- Maintaining daily interviews tracker.
- Preparing joining details.
- Has made Recruitment Analysis which includes month wise referral payout, consultant payout, ratio of selection and drop out, footfall details
- Excellent Communication skills
- Versed with BPO/ ITES recruitment
- Experience in Lateral/ Support Hiring
- Flexibility to work for extended hours
- Should be aware of entire life cycle of recruitment
