Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding manpower requirements.
• Designing Creative & Informative Advertisements on Job Portals.
• Posting, sourcing, screening, & short listing of profiles.
• Conducting ref checks and issuing offer letters for selected candidates
• Taking Interviews.
• Preparing offer letters.
• Maintaining daily interviews tracker.
• Preparing joining details.
• Has made Recruitment Analysis which includes month wise referral payout, consultant payout, ratio of selection and drop out, footfall details

Required :

• Excellent Communication skills
• Versed with BPO/ ITES recruitment
• Experience in Lateral/ Support Hiring
• Flexibility to work for extended hours
• Should be aware of entire life cycle of recruitment
