Job Description :

• Monitoring day-to-day operations of warehouse to ensure systematic working and discipline regarding procedures and polices laid down by company.
• Maintaining Monthly Reports for the Receipts & Dispatches for the monthly review meeting of the department.
• Maintaining the daily and Monthly Stock Statement.
• Supervising the whole dispatches. This process involves segregating the items as per the order placed, arranging for vehicles, courier dispatches, keeping a close watch on the collections part. Stock Maintenance with a monthly review of the same.
• Reconciliation of stock once in a month and conducting cycle counts once in 15 days.
• Proper arrangement of received material & house keeping of warehouse.
