Job Description :

1. Good knowledge of JSP and HTML.
2. This role requires the associate to work in US timings PST and US calendar.
3. Experience with data center operations- Uptime/Availability.
4. Account Management – Creation of Customer Accounts, providing special privileges, account migration, account testing.
5. Purging – clearing cache.
6. HTML – Creating newsletter pages, creating localized newsletter pages, other pages.
7. Content Management – management of content for both external and internal website.
8. Communication skill (Verbal and Written) should be excellent and will be communicating with client teams on daily basis.
