• 1+ years of solid Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Swish, Dream Weaver, Action Scripting, Web 2.0, Ajax, Web 2.0 / Web 3.0 Concepts, HTML, DHTML/CSS and Javascript
• Much knowledge in Global Clients web development
• Willing and able to manage a small team of developers.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system design
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to easily and quickly read and modify existing code
