HP Decision Support Analysis Services (DSAS) team commenced in May 2005 as a global initiative to provide support to Supply Chain, Marketing, CRM, Finance and HR business functions through data mining & predictive modeling, reporting & business intelligence, business research, data management, optimization & simulation solutions. We are poised for substantial growth by building a new service line for HP services and non-HP clients globally. The team has an excellent mix of experienced professionals with strong analytics and business consulting background and significant experience in BPO, who are driven by a passion to draw business inference from external and internal data while delivering on global client requests. The Creative Support Services team supports the Intranet management, Graphics support and content management requirements for marketing organizations across HP. Job Description Responsible for Creation, Maintenance and Technical Support for Intranet Websites o Core daily activities: – Content updating and hosting – Designing and maintaining websites based on instructions from content owners in HTML and WPC. – Provide technical support by adding enhancements/functionalities to existing websites – Management of website content through WPC – Ensuring all websites are HP Standards compliant o Deliverables & responsibilities: – Responsible to support selected BU segments, at EMEA, WW and APJ and country level. – Responsible for creating, maintaining and technical support for websites adhering to quality and TAT requirements – Acquire technical and business knowledge as required – Troubleshooting and interaction with Client per requirements

• 2-3 years in web development and maintenance projects

• Technical Experience – 2-4 years practical experience in * HTML, JavaScript, ASP, .Net, SharePoint expertise, Adobe Photoshop
• Content Management Experience preferred
• Good understanding of other Web Technologies and tool
