Job Location: Chandigarh

Job Description :

• Develop and maintain web applications, websites using PHP / MySQL.
• Design & maintain MySQL Databases.
• Understand, analyze & modify existing popular open source scripts.
• Define standards and guidelines for design and development.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in Linux, Apache, MySQL & PHP programming (LAMP), Cake PHP, AJAX, Drupal, Jhoomla, OS Commerce.
• Implement strategies to help in scaling the web application and making it faster, intuitive and user-friendly.
• Taking client conferences for requirement gathering, troubleshooting and project related discussions.

Desired :

• Experience in the following technologies – Linux, PHP, Cake PHP, PHP4, PHP 5, MySQL, Javascript, XML, AJAX, Webservices, Apache, MVC Architecture etc. knowledge of other programming languages will be an asset..
• Should have relevant experience of managing a portal or should have been important team member of any major portal.
• Should have leadership skills and be able to lead a team of people with different skill sets.
