Job Location: Chennai

Education: MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations

Job Description :

• Recruitment, Selection of operators and staff
• Joining formalities ( Orientation/Induction/BIO Registration),
• Personal file creation and maintenance
• Performance and personal counseling
• Training and Performance appraisal for staff
• Determine increments and advice payroll after approval
• Organizing and conducting periodic review meetings of workers committee, canteen committee, Health and safety committee etc.,
• Handling employee queries
• Assist in ISA 8000 and Buyer inspection
• Any other subject as advised

Desired :

• 2008 or 2009 passed out BLM/MSW/MLM/MBA(HR) candidates with good knowledge in Personnel Management,Labour Laws and Industrial Relations.
• Candidate residing in and around Tamabaram or kelambakkam need to apply.
