Job Position : Java/J2EE Developer

Experience : 0 – 3 Years

Work Place : Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs

Job Responsibilities :
The successful candidate will form part of a new Mumbai office adding to the existing London team. The candidate will undertake software development and maintenance of our award-winning web-based software application Willis iFM®. This is an all-round hands-on role covering all aspects of the software development life cycle, using JSP, EJB and Oracle 11g and will involve close collaboration with our London-based core development team.

Required :

1. Degree educated in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Science or Computer Science): essential
2. Strong background and commercial experience of Java and J2EE. In particular, the candidate must be able to demonstrate proficiency in JSP, JSTL, EJB 2(.x) and SQL.
3. Experience in software design, with specific emphasis on testing (unit testing in particular).
4. Enthusiasm and self-motivation – essential. Ability to work unsupervised and a keen desire to learn a large and complex system are required.
