1. End to end recruitment cycle.
2. Sourcing of correct profiles
3. Out station recruitment
4. Web recruitment
5. Pre screening and selection
6. Psychometric tools.
7. Documentation & reference checks.
8. Vendor Management
9. MIS Management
10. Attending customer calls and client interactions.
11. People management.
