Experience: 1 – 2 Years
Includes extensive knowledge of commands, screen manipulation, and overall internals of the product.
Proficiency of TSO, JES2, JES3, Omegaview, and IMS software packages
are needed to perform everyday functions of the position.
Very good writing, speaking and listening skills.

Job Description :
investigate job sysouts resolve batch abends when instructed.
Assist programming staff in batch job abend resolution.
Satisfy NSRRs (Non Standard Run Requests) on all systems on a daily basis per audit requirements (verification of requestor).
Provide feedback to Master Schedulers, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), and customers on
mproper NEP and Callout instructions found while trying to resolve abends and making contacts.
Initiate callouts to resolve production work related problems.
Document calls received and actions taken on abended jobs.
Respond to GIRS tickets, and create GIRS when needed.
Prepare Morning Report regarding late jobs and provide reasons why they are late.
Monitor IMS, CICS, and DB2 using Omegaview. Understand when issues arise and how to respond.
