job Description :
Will be responsible for handling calls that comes to IAS Technical Helpdesk.
Should be able to troubleshoot and give 1st level online solution over the tollfree and register 100% of t he calls with proper information captured, classify as defined in SOP by capturing the relevant technical information, adhering to the QA norms set.
Should be able to handle 1st level escalation calls from end users, write business friendly emails, Should be a excellent team player and should posses excellent customer orientation skills.

Skills :
Knowledge/Hands-on exposure on Hardware & Networking OS – Windows, Linux, Novell. Familiar with technical terminologies of standard applications and software’s.
