Job Description :

1. Have worked in Large company set up,Comfertable using EPBX system. Handling Incomming calls,outgoing, STD,ISD,Local, Call transfering, call conference etc..
2. Updating the Call Registers – ISD, STD,
3. Handling Daily Inward / Outward mails/ Couriers,-& updating registers.
4. Taking care of the basic requirments:- Stationaries, Drinking water, Glass,Tissue papers, News papers, ,Magazines, vendor management,
5. Travel Ticket booking :- Domastic / International – Bus, Railway,Flight.
6. Regular updating of the contact details of all employees, keeping records.

Desired :

1. Front Office Executive ( Females only ). ( On role Adecco )
2. Should be B.A /B.com /B.B.M/ Commerce graduate with above 1yr experience in similar fields.
3. Should be able to handle pressure ,& Proficient in computers & Local langauages
4. Should be able to work independently.
5. Good Communication,patient, responsible,good attitude.
